  Patient, Kind, and Diligent Listener

  “Jane is our groomer, she has groomed all 3 of our fur babies, 2 dogs/ puppies and our cat. She is extremely diligent at listening to her customers and following their instructions to the letter. And she is patient with the pets too. In the beginning of our grooming adventure with Jane our cat bit us both. But Jane didn't skip a beat. She adjusted how she was holding Misty, as I had not realized how badly Misty's shoulder hurt her... She patiently and gently finished Misty's grooming and then gave both herself and I first aid!”
