  “I would put five stars for Pupcuts in Perry, OH, but it only allows for three. I take my mini doxie there, and they have a way with dogs. She was skittish at the first visit, but warmed up to everyone quickly. I was recommended to use them by a friend. I won't go anywhere else, and I continue recommending them to others. All I can say is give them a call, and you will be satisfied.”
