  “I took my Norwegian Forest Cat here for a shave. They burnt her right side raw with the heat of the sheers! When I called to talk to the owner she told me in no uncertain terms that she had to do it to get the matted hair off! She said I was a negligent pet owner and it was not her fault! She was rude, gave false information saying the vet told her my cat had a urinary tract infection (she was NOT smart enough to know that I requested Amoxicillin for my cat .even though they didn't get a urine sample) because I THOUGHT she might have something wrong when when she peed in the tub. She was just trying to justify her poor sheering and unprofessional behavior!!!! I would never recommend them or the vet office next door to them!”

  “Took my long hair cat in to get a few mats off Told them do not cut his hair short.my poor cat has only hair on lower part of feet tail and face and very shaved down to the skin and 48 dollars.I am so pissed and she even said mats weren't bad!! Do not take cats here”

  “I've been taking my furbabies to Pet Boutique for many years and have always been a variety of dog types. I have a habit of waiting until the last minute to make appt. They have always worked me in and my current furry Maltese doesn't care much for cars ride but no matter how upset she is when I pick her up she looks beautiful and they always treat her with care and kindness.”

  “first of all, our regular groom couldn't accept us because she had an overflow of clients even tho I had made an appointment . in a panic I started calling places. this was the only one that could see us in such short notice. I dropped off my frightened pup and, 2hrs and $31.03 later my dog looked amazing. half the price of our regular groomer and twice as great. will definitely be coming back here from now on”
