  “My neighbor recommended Paws Up in Forney and it was the best advice ever. Their shop is clean, bright, and the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I have 2 schnauzers and they came home looking better than anyone has ever done before. They even give free bandanas and cologne. I would rank this place 10 out of 10 and recommend it to everyone.”

  “I am not sure who has been writing those bad reviews but it is simply NOT Accurate!! I have taken my golden there for over 4 years now and regardless of how bad I have let him get he always comes home clean, smelling great and tangle free. Buddy is always happy to go there and feels like a new dog when he comes home - really strutting his stuff! Karen is the best groomer I know and really has a good relationship with the dogs. Her shop is clean, bright, and full of amazing toys, leads, collars and doggy clothes. I would recommend everyone to go there and ask for Karen.”

  “This place is fabulous. I have looked everywhere for a groomer that knew how to clip a Westie. Other groomers would make my dog look like a cocker. Ken and Karen really know the variety of breeds and how they are supposed to look. I will keep going to Paws Up Grooming. They are friendly, welcoming, the shop is clean and you can actually watch them groom the dogs instead of having them groomed behind clothed doors where you never know what is going on. I highly recommend Paws Up Grooming in Forney and their Boarding place in Terrell.”

  “I called three days ahead to make an appointment for my little dog to be groomed. I got her there at 9:30am (they open at 9) which was before my appointment time. I figured she would be ready around 1-1:30, because I had made an appointment. On the door, a sign states dogs are seen in this order: Emergencies, Appointments, and Walk-ins. Since I had taken the time to make an appointment, I assumed she would be out quickly. I was WRONG!! At 2pm, when I went in to get her, she was not ready. On the table were two dogs that came in while I was walking out after leaving my dog. Why bother to make an appointment?? It doesn't appear to make a difference. Also, I do not object to paying for grooming, but when the grooming is half-way done, it irks me to pay $35. The sanitary area was not touched. So, I paid $35 for a bath! My little girl will never go back to this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.”

  “This place was awful!! We were in a rush to find a place in the area to board our dogs over labor day weekend and this was one of the only places with availability. We left our dogs for 4 days and when we picked them up they were COVERED in ticks!! I pulled 20 ticks off my poor dog so far! They also came back with multiple scratches on their bodies so who knows what else they exposed these poor dogs to. I would never take my dog here again and pass on this message so no one else has to worry about there poor pet like I am.”
