  “If i could put zero stars I would. I can't believe what they did to my dog I'm furious. My dog has cuts on his leg and his private parts. And these cuts are not small they are big and deep. I tell u do not take your pet they don't know what they're doing. I wish I would've just made an appointment with the people he usually goes to which is k9 grooming they never did this to my dog. My dog didn't even want to eat And he doesn't stop itching. We bought him dog ointment but if it doesnt get better im going to have a vet bill due to these unexperienced workers. My mom went to complain and they told her that the dogs move a lot that's no excuse and saying I signed a waiver. Why would I need to sign a waiver if u should know how to do ur job. I should've known something wasn't right when I had to sign something. I'm going tomorrow to get a copy of the sheet I signed. I will be posting my story everywhere that I can and I will be calling the BBB. This negligence and animal cruelty. I am putting my trust and paying a business to take care my animal and groom my animal. I'm not paying for my animal to get hurt. Either they need to get experienced workers or this place needs to be shut down. People who don't care about animals shouldn't be in this type of business.”
