  “I called made appt for one of my dogs. When I got there they could not find the appt. while flipping through the pages of the appt book and chatting with other employees they informed me they didn't have him down. There was no apology nor offer to resolve the problem. I would not recommend this business to anyone as if they may not be so good to your pet either. I would not even rate them.”
