  “I took my dog there, asked for a specific cut (which they examined him and told me was possible) and they shaved him without notifying me. Then they charged me more than quoted. Plus, afterwards, my dog seemed more stressed than any place I took him before.
  
  Days later, I discovered the same thing happened to a friend from work's dog.”
