  “My red heeler is extremely difficult to handle, needs a muzzle, but Bark Avenue accepted him twice for a summer shaving, nail trim and bath...he looked great and they were so good handling him. He’s just not a candidate for another grooming ANYWHERE, but Bark Avenue was patient and professional!”

  “I have been to many groomers over the years and now my loyalty has been earned by Shelley and her team. One of my dogs is very difficult to keep still and will crocodile roll when trying to do his nails. I prepared Shelley for this so she was prepared and he came out happy, clean and with short nails! One of my other long hair dogs is neurotic (all are rescues) and she and Shaylin did an amazing job shaving him this summer! His shave was even and everything was done professionally. I highly recommend Bark Avenue if you are looking for a great groomer who cares about your pet!”

  “I have taken all of my pets here. Even my cat. It didn't work but she tried her best. She isn't an easy cat to work with so I appreciated her trying. She also groomed my two big dogs and did a wonderful job. They also recommended a grooming comb for me to use at home and it is fantastic! Wonderful place (:”

  “These gals are one of the few businesses that wil take my Samoyed,Kiki. Kiki is 50lbs,25 of those are long white tangly hair. They do a great job of cleaning and combing out the mats. And it is clear they love animals.Kiki loves going to see them.”

  “I have been taking my poodles to Shelley for 7+ years now, heck I was taking my dogs to her when she was working else where back in the day...She does a wonderful job as always....My poodles are not the best when grooming but she gets them done and I am so greatful. I trust no one to groom my dogs but Shelley..Thanks Shelley, We love you!”

  “i have a great pyrenees, and i have been to many groomers from eugene, to salem, to bend. I have to say Shelley was the best of them all. she takes the time to hand blow out the coat, which is the only way the undercoat comes out of my dog. she combs her before and after, and the attention to detail is perfect. i couldnt ask for a better shop to take mishka. i was one of the pain in the ass clients sticking around to see how they take care of mishka, and they were amazing. calm and assertive, because mishka can be a bit stubborn. thank you bark ave!”

  “I have been taking my dog to Bark Avenue for 3 yrs and have never had a problem or attitude nor have they been rude to me. I have recommneded Bark Avenue to many of my friends and customers and they all have very pleased with the service!!! Not sure what anon problem is, but if you are going to write a bad review, have the guts to include your name like the rest of us. I will keep taking my dog there and recommending the shop to everyone who asksd.”

  “I am so picky about my two dogs but BARK AVENUE came so highly recommended from so many people I had to try it. Shelly was wonderful with my dogs!! I can see why people love her shop! She even caught an ear infection that I missed!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS ANY WHERE BUT HERE!! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!”

  “I took my small 7 pound dog here ONCE. Never again. She looked terible! Her coat was uneven and sloppy looking. Nails were only half done. She was vey stressed when we picked her up. Keep looking, this is not a good groomer!”
