Jo-Kar's Grooming has been in Cortland since 1972. All our groomers are passionate animal lovers and highly qualified certified N.D.G.A.A groomers. Along with other degrees Registered Vet Tech, Cert. Pet Psychology and Cert. First Aid and many years experience. We've been voted Best of the Best Readers Choice Award many years and in the Who's Who of American Business.
