  “My dog Maggie has been going to this groomer for a year now and today when I pocked up her she was bleeding,the owner said oh we probably nicked her then on top of that I got there at five on the dot and they charged me five dollars extra. I'm very disappointed at their services today. My dog is just like my other daughter so I'm hurt cause she hurts. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take the dog there.”

  “I have been going here for over 5 years and with the present owners, the service is great. I have a minnature poodle and they do a excellent poodle cut. Very professional atmosphere and they are always on time when they say your pet will be ready. You will love this place.”

  “I have been going to klipples & klips well over 9 years with my minature poodle and with the other owners and receive fair service but once the current owners brought th place, I have received excellent service and they are very professional and my poodle looks great each time I pick him up. If you are dissatisfied with any of the servic, the owner will make it right and will discipline the employee. Great groomers!!!!!!!!!!”

  “We took our minature schnauzer today and the experience was amazing. The owner Bob and his wife Patsy were very friendly and answered all of our questions. We went to this place based off reviews and we are glad we did. Skeet, groomed our little one with the Schnauzer Cut and he did a fantastic job! We look forward to bringing her back. The price was only $5 more than petsmart but was worth the more welcoming atmosphere. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!”

  “Just up the road from us, and Bob and His Staff could not love your Pet more if it were their very own. Very Reasonable prices, and will do a quick nail trim while you wait if that is all you need. It's nice to have such a great local business. Give them a try!”

  “I have used these groomers regularly for my fur babies (Sugar and Ginger). God has called Ginger to heaven but I believe she still looks down on Sugar when I bring Sugar in for her grooming. They treat my baby just as if she were their own precious treasure.”

  “I take my dog there on a normal basis and I have watched them groom my dog through the window in the lobby. They have never abused my dog and she loves her groomer and the family that owns the shop. She gets excited when we tell her she is going there, and even cries when it is time to leave. The people that run this shop are loving people that are devoted to the care of the animals that come into the shop.

  “I was a part time employee at kibbles and klips last summer and only stopped working there to go to school in the fall. I will certainly be back to work there over my Christmas break and the summers that follow. I love my time there and the grooming that takes place there is nothing but the best. The groomers love the dogs and always take very good care of them. I have never in my experience there seen a dog be mishandled or mauled by a groomer. I bring my own puppy there on a normal basis and know many devoted customers that love the kibbles and klips family as much as my dog and i do.”

  “This groomer mauled my dog. I am taking him to the vet. I am mostly upset because they never said anything when my husband picked him up. I plan on writing a complaint and requesting they pay the vet bill. He will not go there again.”

  “My schnauzer goes about every 2 months and she is the happiest dog when she comes home! They always give her the PERFECT cut too. I used to take her to petsmart and I could tell that she did not like being there but the ladies at Kibbles treat her wonderfully!”
