  “I've been taking my dog to Academy for grooming a couple of times a year for about ten years now. They've always done a very good job at a reasonable price and my dog is happy to go there so I know they must be treating her well. My only issue is that once my dog caught kennel cough, but that may be hard to avoid when there are a lot of dogs around, and now she's vaccinated against it. I continue to use and like the service, better than two or three other places I've tried.”

  “We had our dachshund's (Heidi) nails trimmed here before we picked her up. My husband picked our dogs up 30 minutes early. He put Heidi in the car while getting the other dog to bring out. He said when he came out there was blood on the seats. I was told by the groomer to pack it with corn starch. Next...we have cloth seats. The owner (Carol Lee) apologized and instructed me on how to get the blood out of the cloth only after telling me we picked her up to early and she would have stopped bleeding if taken bagk to her cage before being picked up. I can't believe the lack of customer service in our society today. Needless to say we won't be taking our dogs back there.”
