“I should have stayed with the Groomer I was going to but thought with this ones good reviews and being so close to my house I would try. I feel so bad for my little Shih Tzu. She is absolutely butchered. She has over 20 scabs from her neck, all the way down her spine and sides. She is miserable. We are watching for infections but this is ridiculous. We told them she had skin allergies and to be super careful. Nothing should have been raked down her back. If she gets an infection or anything happens to her I can guarantee they will be sued. \nShe did not have one bump on her when we dropped her off. By Monday everything had scabbed over so you could feel just how bad they are. Some even started bleeding again through out the week because she was scratching them. \n\nMy Silky had a razor burn on his belly that bothered him for several days that I had to treat him for. That I can almost forgive because that can happen accidentally and maybe he was wiggly. \n\nI have had bad experiences in the past but this is beyond bad. These are my babies and I take it very personal that she hurt them like she did. \n” -
