  “Well it's been 2 years since I made my last review when I took my dog to Shari's and she contacted rat poison the vet said it was either aspirin or rat poison however we nursed her back and she has suffered for the last two years with breathing problems and finally we had a put her down thanks Sherry keep up the good work”

  “I had my dog scheduled for a bath. When I got home my dog did not have good smell and a sticky spot he had on his head that I thought would be gone after the bath it was not.I called Gail and personally asked if she washed his head. I told her he still had a sticky spot. She stated she couldn't get it off. I called my mom she took a little shampoo and the spot came right off. My mom called and questioned her. She asked if we could have discount on next bath. Gail told my mom to come get her money and hung up. I think what she did was very rude and disrespectful. I think she should of told us the truth. We will not go there anymore and would give 0 stars if we could.”

  “I had my dog scheduled for a bath in the afternoon.when I got home my dog did not smell good and still had a sticky spot on his head that I thought would be gone after a bath. It was not I called the next morning and talked personally to Gail.I asked if she did not wash his head. She stated she couldn't get it off. I called my mom and told her. My mom took shampoo and water and the sticky spot came right out. My mom called and told Gail the spot came right off. My mom just asked for a discount on the next bath.Gail stated come get your money and hung up on my mom. I felt as the owner this was very disrespectful and rude. We just questioned because previous times my dog always smelled good and his coat was smooth like he had a bath. We will not go there anymore.”

  “Took my dog here and she came back looking like my 5 year old cut him. I would guess that they brought summer help in that had no clue how to groom the professional way. If they are going to charge professional prices then I expect a professional cut.She didn't even smell like she had a bath. I will not go here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. ”
