  “I know that for Great Falls this place is really outstanding. It is actually a Pet Boutique. Katie has all the natural raw foods that a lot of Vets require and an outstanding array of dry foods. If you read on line then it is evident, not necessarily by the vets we have here. Her approach is quite good. I love the raw frozen she has, I like to call them meatcicles. My dogs love them.My cats I will try it on them too. I also love that she has another place to shop and shuttle my cats for haircuts.”

  “The staff and facility is GREAT! I love driving by and watching the dogs run around outside and play. But I have to agree with L. Colon. The owner is not the easiest person to deal with. When I visited, she did belittle her employee when she was helping me. Other then that, the facility and services are GREAT! I would reccomend this facility and guarantee a pleasant visit as long as the owner is not around.”

  “This place is really nice and the STAFF is absolutely wonderful! A great day care for any dog BUT one I won't be using. As I said the STAFF is really wonderful but having to deal with the owner is a nightmare and the way she speaks to others, especially her employees is deplorable. Yes, Happy Tails has everything you need but I won't frequent an establishment where the proprietor treats people with such disrespect. If that's the way she is with her employees, one must wonder how she treats the animals?”

  “We take our cat Saoirse to Chritine. She give's her a lion cut. Our cat loves it and so do we. She always comes home prancing around feeling like a queen.
  The facility is SUPER clean and they staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I used to shave her myself but, their price is reasonable enough that I'd rather not deal with all the fur.”

  “Lucy is so happy when she gets to have fun with her doggie friends and human friends! They also take great care of her when I need to kennel her. They are also determined to find the perfect food for her! Lucy is one lucky girl!! Thank you happy tails!!!”

  “We know our dog is in extremely good care here. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and the huge outdoor playground! Very friendly and professional staff. You can tell they love animals! The only place for our beloved Beagle to stay when we are out of town.”

  “I love this place, they have groomers who are the best, doggy daycare, cat and dog boarding. They even take birds and small animals like ferrets and such, they are the best, my dogs love this place!”

  “you are more than welcome to go and tour any other boarding facility in great falls. you will soon discover that if you want excellent service you must pay for it, and happy tails lodge is definately worth the price. The staff is exceptional, it's clean and the dogs are the top priority. i've heard that some other places in town use electric prods on their dogs. anyway, go and take a tour and you will see. seeing is beleiving!!!”

  “I would have to say this is the best place in the world for my dogs. I take them there to board and to there daycare my dogs love to go play there and are always happy when they come home.There is no place in Great Falls that is even close to the level of care they provide there the BEST”

  “We just picked our Dog up from a weekend - First of all - be very careful about the high price - what they quote and what they charge will be two different things- If they lie about the price- I wonder if they don't also lie about the service they claim to provide- NOT IMPRESSED and will go elsewhere- I wouldn't recomend the Great Falls Happy Tails Lodge to anyone.”
