worst customer experience EVER - owner is insane and scary.
“the owner is a complete psycho and total bitch! We were walk-in's to get my dogs nails trimmed. she came out and immediately started to complain something about calling in ahead because she was bringing in a "dog aggressive animal ... at 2pm ... it was 12:47. After repeating herself on each of his back to paws - I said "I'm sorry - I don't know what your talking about. We live down the street and were trying to support a local vendor". By the time she was on his final paw while continuing to complain to a present and paying customer. I said " I got it!" she said I was rude and started screaming at me. I paid and she kept screaming to never come back here to leave. As I walked to the door she actually locked me and my girlfriend and my dog in the lobby to attack us further. I went to unlock the door at the same time she was guarding it and I touched her hand trying to escape. She instructed her staff to call the police and then got so far into my face that I had to back up. After alerting her to the fact that my gf is an attorney and that I'd never frequent her business again ... she final unlocked the door and let us leave. But that wasn't enough for the crazy lady - she stayed outside to yell even more. She has bad reviews but I heard she had a bad employee so we wanted to support her. Turns out - she is the problem. AVOID HER AT ANY COST!” -
