    “I have a 5mth old Lab named Lucy. Her nails needed trimming.I called to inquire about the cost and did I need an appointment. $12.00 I was told and no appointment necessary just come in. So I did just that. Lucy and I went the next day. Lucy was taken right away. Nails clipped,doggie treat given and pink Bandana for the ride home. As I was paying I saw the appointment book and it was FULL... That speaks for itself.”

    “I can't believe this stuff on here. Lisa has never been anything, but kind, gracious and a great groomer. I have found she treats my precious babies like her own and her prices are the same as anywhere else. The shop is always clean and always smells good. My babies have always had the perfect westie coats and never have they been nicked. Unlike some other places I tried. I have been going to Lisa's for 14 yrs. my babies are always so excited to see her. These accusations on here are horrible and you aught to be ashamed of yourselves. This woman and her staff are awesome. I am very cautious of who I take my babies to and I will always bring them to Lisa!!!”

    “Lisa and her staff are the best at what they do and great
    People. My dog has separation issues and she's never scared when I bring her to Lisa's. she always looks great and I recommend her to everyone.
    I don't really understand this puppy mill crap I'm reading about, but I can say that Lisa or any one who works there does not deserve what has been said on here.
    To the Carrie person: I can not believe you would be so immature to write what you did, this is not junior high school and you are very lucky you were not sued. Because if it were me, I would not let you get away with what you said!!!!

    Try Lisa's just once and you will be very happy you did. Her prices, by the way, are the same as every place around.”

    “i have been taking my pets to lisa since she worked on 23 mile rd. near chesterfield, about 20 years..her work has been perfect for all of my animals, and not only are they always happy when they are in her care, but even when i pull into her driveway to drop them off, their tails wag so hard that it rocks my pickup truck!! all of my dogs and even my one cat, absolutely love to come to her salon... from snout to tail, every inch is groomed, clean as a whistle....and if she notices anything unusual, she lets me know...lisa has my absolute trust with my pets, and has never given me a reason to think otherwise... as a person who is so very busy, lisa is kind and gentle, always wears a smile, always welcomes us into her space, and always cares to know how life is going for her clients. i cannot say that for so many other people i know...”

    “I had to move out of state, or I would never have taken my dog Brittany anywhere else. Brittany has very bad arthritis in her hips and Lisa and her people were always gentle with her. She actually loved going there. I just Googled Lisa to find her phone number so my son can take his new puppy there, and saw some negative reviews, so had to share my thoughts.”

    “I have never been happier with a grooming salon. After a horrible experience with the groomers in Romeo I decided to try Lisa's and couldn't believe the difference. She truely loves the animals that come in, and I will never feel comfortable leaving my dog in anyone else's hands. Not only did my furry kid look beautiful when I picked her up but she seemed happy to be there. I recomend Lisa's to anyone!!!”

    “I brought my yorkie into Lisas pet grooming.
    A very pleasent place to go if you want your animal treated with respect. My groomers name was Amy she cared for my yorkie like it was one of her own.My yorkie has never had a haircut as great as Amy gave her. thumbs up to lisas pet grooming. Im a firm believer you get what you pay for and its well worth it. I used to have my yorkie done in Romeo and boy am i glad i found lisas.”

    “Lisa sold a yorkie to a disablede person who wanted a lap dog. come to find out he is not even a yorkie. she was very misleading the dog is now 25lbs. we had to take her to court but justice prevailed he got most of his money back,but would still like a small lap dog he can hold on his wheel chair.Thank you lisa for this big mess. we will never recomend any one to give you any business.you need to be the good person you claim to be.make things right and maybe you will get customers back.”

    “I find anyone who lies about where their for sale puppies are from, to be a dishonorable business. I found out where my puppy came from and was appauled at Lisas dishonesty. It is sad, that she is so money hungry, and greedy, that she would lie about something that was so easy to find out the truth. The shop was dirty and smelly, and my dog was sick for weeks. I would nevr recommend anyone I liked to ever go there. and grooming prices were out of this world. she must have a habit to take care of because she needs money so badly.”

    “Her grooming has gone down hill. I believe it started around the time she became involved with puppy milling. I think its disgusting what she has turned into and those poor puppies there that just sit and wait in a crate. Good thing her connection with puppy haven puppy mill is now shut down but I'm sure she ll find another mill to deal with. I will never recommend this place and will never ever being my beloved dog to her ever again. What a shame!”

    “lisa's work has been exemplary and consistent for as many years as i have known her, perhaps more than 15 years. every dog and cat i brought to her over the years has absolutely loved her...when she relocated initially, i tried a few other groomers and was sorely disappointed. since then the half-hour journey to her pet grooming salon is well worth driving, and i would never think of going anywhere else!!”
