  “I took my dog to have him cleaned and cut they did a good job.The staff was very rude in my opinion. when I was asked not to bring my dog back because he is very time consumingis because he does not like the Clippers.But if I'm not mistaken that is their jobn not every animal is well behaved.That's okay I wouldn't bring him back and I surely wouldn't recommend it to anybody else.”

  “I love Elite, I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. She always looks great when I pick her up, and is in a great mood! The staff is friendly, and accommodating.
  
  As a side note, they recently had a groomer quit and were forced to cancel a number of appointments. Knowing that we make the appointments in advance and that this would be an inconvenience to many, they opened on Monday (their day off!) to squeeze in as many of the canceled appointments as possible.”

  “I went to 3 other grooming places before going to Elite Dog Grooming. I would never take my dog to any other place. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job. I have refered many friends there and they all have thanked me....The price is reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
  If they don't have time to talk on the phone (see above review) is that a dog is probably
  in the middle of being cut....and the dog is always #1 at Elite Dog Grooming....Thank you Cindy and Peggy for all you kindness for the last 10 years.......”

  “My lab looked fine when she was done, but when I took her in, picked her up, and spoke on the phone to the employees at Elite, there was always an attitude that I didn't appreciate. Customer service is very important to me, and rudeness in general is not good customer service. I don't suppose I'll bother with Elite and their rudeness again.”

  “Based on positive web reviews I took my dog here. The first couple visits were fine, but the last visits there were nothing short of horrible. My dog was so badly chopped up, it required 4 total visits to the vet for treatment and medications. It is my opinion that the owner is a wretched and angry woman who is more worried about her damaged ego than about her clients dogs. She turned combative and accusatory after I criticized the hack job she performed, and stated that her 15 year career was proof that she didnt mangle my dog. Well that is preposterous, and if logic doesnt need to apply anymore... Ive been driving cars for 15 years, so I hereby declare that I am a NASCAR champion. Anyhow, if you hate your dog and love spending money at the veterinarian, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, maybe try Fuzzy Friends Grooming at Mound & 13 Mile Rd.”

  “I highly recommend you take your dog to get the five star treatment at Elite Dog Grooming. The staff is very caring, friendly and professional. Peggy has been grooming our family pets for over 10 years now.
  
  Our Golden Retriever, Nicki, is always excited to see her because she knows she is going to get pampered and get a biscuit when she leaves.”

  “I have been taking my dog to Elite for at least a year now. The girls are great at what they do and they really seem to love the dogs. For the most part the place is clean as well. Thanks”
