  “i went there one time and when i got my dog back (yorkie) i noticed he was acting very weird and i when i got home i noticed his whole stomach was cut up and bleeding very badly and when i called back to complain and asked what happened they said they didn't notice .. how di you not noticed blood all over the dogs coat ?! horrible do not go”

  “I took my dog hair, the staff was friendly, but my dog got a horrible cut, left me shocked and in tears. I can't beleive they chopped his hair off like they did. I was so bummed when I picked him up. All I can say is I would never go here again.”

  Not A Good Experience

  “I have a puppy and when I went in to get her, she was depressed in the cages, I saw some of the groomers yelling, pointing and being aggresive with the dogs they were working on. Also, Right when we left, my dog was throwing up non stop and whining, I honestly think Katherin drugs up these dogs, I will NEVER go back and I think im going to report her.”

  “When I got home from Catherine's I noticed my dog had a bloody muzzle and he was moving his mouth in a strange way...the next day I take him to the vet and I find out he has a BROKEN JAW. I call to inform Catherine and receive no apology and no explanation.
  Go to Marcy's Groom-a-Pet instead. It is obvious how much more they care about the well-being of your dog.”

  “I have been taking my dogs to Catherines for 12 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Her groomers are tops, they care abut the animals and I have never seen them rough with a dog. They are out in the open so that you can see what they are doing at all times. Catherine is a great person with people and animals alike. I recommend her at every chance I get.”
