  “I have been taking my dog here for grooming for several years. They always do a wonderful job with her and she looks adorable when I pick her up. They are very loving with her and friendly with me. I'm not sure what happened with the reviewer who had a bad experience, but I have only had very good experiences with Loving Touch.”

  “Being I am in Columbus, GA quite often, I take my dog, Jackson, to this loving, compassionate and knowledgeable groomer and boarding center. My dog is partially blind, 13 years old. He is pampered, played with and loves going there. In fact, when we pull up out front, he gets excited. I travel alot so this is like a 2nd home to him. He had very dry skin. After grooming, he no longer had the dry skin. They know how to make an owner and pet feel right at home. Sorry you had a bad experience, but I can tell you I am driving back from South Florida to drop off my Jackson, then onto Savannah for a week. They are definitely worth the drive and peace of mind I have with them taking care of my Jackson.”

  “I would not recommend this facility to a rat on the street. Never have I experienced such rude customer service. Upon my first call to inquire about their services the owner was rude and nasty. I thought maybe it was a busy day and they were swamped. I called back the next day to schedule an appointment and she was worse then than she was before. She never asked what services I needed. When I called her back to tell her what I wanted done, she said she didn't need to know and she would find out when I arrived. After I told her to cancel the appointment because I didn't like her attitude, she told me not to call her business again. If they treated me like that, God knows how they treat the animals!”

  “This is one of the best grooming centers in Columbus Ga. I took my cat Chiqui to them and they treated her with love and care and did the best job that I have ever seen. She looks magnificent. The people in charge of the business are qualified, capable and nice to everybody.”
