  “My dog is always nervous going for a clipping or toenails to be cut or getting a bath but this place was great, he was very gentle and caring with her and she really responded nicely. He did an awesome job and went the extra mile in so many ways. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why before doing it, he was very soft-spoken and very gentle with my dog so she ended up trusting him which is very unusual for her to do so quickly. The groomer was highly trained in his field and knew how to groom any dog that came through the door , as they're groomed differently , which I didn't know . We have finally found "our" place. We will definitely be back.”

  “this place is the best in the litchfeild area.its run by two great guys that know how to handle dogs.my dog come back smelling fresh and last longer then any other place i ever took them.the groomer will tell you up front what he will be doing and asks if there is any thing special i want done.just unbeleavable.my dog just feels more at ease there they do not use cages and is hand dryed. its like what the groomers used to be.you just make appointment and they will call when the dog is ready.and its never pass two hours.the other places used to call me when they had five other dogs they were doing and other people there when i picked up my dog and just seemed so rushed..but not this place.i just highly favor this place ...”
