  “Don't know if the last reviewer went to the same place that I went. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The groomers were knowledgeable and and took and immediate interest in my dog. The groom was perfect. I wouldn't think of taking my dog any place else.”

  “We took our dog to get groomed. When we picked him up we noticed they had cut him along his genital area. We contacted the groomer for resolution, only to get excuses. The owner was out of town and left no one to make managerial decisions in case of an emergency. They refused a refund and refused to send our poor dog to the vet. The conversation I had with Lou turned unproductive when she decided to hang up on me. I had no idea the 14 year veteran of her trade was still in high school. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!”
