  “I had been a loyal customer for over 8 years. We got a new dog and I continued using Posh Pets faithfully. My 6 year old son was to bring his dog to school on a Wednesday the first time I called they didn't have an opening so I got it put off a week at school, when I called to make another appointment (a week in advance) I was told again they didn't have anything! I feel if I had a loyal customer of almost 10 years that the one time she needed my help to make a day special for her child I would try to help. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion they showed! I called Bark Avenue in Alabaster and they took us right away. Needless to say I will never go back to Posh Pets again!”

  “We have used Posh Pets for years, the staff is personable, and friendly. Groomers services surpass most standards. We resided in Texas for 3 years, and would wait for return trips to Alabama, to have Max groomed by our favorites Posh Pets.”
