  “I took my Morkie, Bentley, to Claws and Paws twice. The first grooming was wonderful, especially for $35. The next time I had him groomed was another story. When I picked him up, he looked like he had been groomed with a lawn mower. Since his hair is wavy, I thought maybe it would look better in a couple of days. When I started looking at him closer the next day, I noticed two large wounds in front of each of his ears. I called the store as soon as they opened again and told them about the wounds. I was told that the groomer that did my dog was not there and that she would get her to call me. I never received a call and the next day had to call and explain the situation again. After sending pictures of the cuts to the owner, she refused to refund the grooming fee and suggested that I seek veterinary attention. If you want a groomer to abuse your dog, Claws and Paws is definitely for you. After a week of keeping ointment on my Morkie's wounds, he still hasn't healed due to the severity.”
