  “I first met Greg and Betty when they were foster parents to our Allie. I have taken her to Greg since that time to Groom Allie. She look amazing after her visit. I've have used other groomers in the past with my other dogs and they always acted like it had been torture to be groomed. Never once has Allie acted other than to prance around to Show how beautiful she feels. Because we were so pleased we now bring our 140 lb mastiff to be bathed and groomed. Allie is only 17 lbs so it really doesn't matter the size of your dog he has everything there to handle the job.”

  “We found Ruff Cuts through an ad in the Tri-City Herald. Greg's prices are reasonable and his work is fabulous. We have two cocker spaniels that are groomed at Ruff Cuts. They leave Ruff Cuts looking fabulous! One of our cocker spaniels is quite high-strung and has never enjoyed being groomed. Nevertheless, the groomer at Ruff Cuts is able to give her a beautiful modified cocker cut and she does not seem to be stressed when we pick her up. One of the pluses at Ruff Cuts is that canine clients do not have to wait in kennels; which keeps dogs from getting overly stressed by the grooming process. The owner/groomer at Ruff Cuts is professional, returns phone calls in a timely manner, does great work, and treats pets with kindness. We willingly drive from Pasco to Kennewick just to have our girls groomed by Ruff Cuts. We highly recommend Ruff Cuts to other dog owners who are seeking quality, reasonably-priced grooming.   “My husband recently met the owner of Ruff Cuts and recommended that we take our puppy there for the first time, after having tried a couple of local places. The groomer was fantastic, handled the puppy very well, understood how to work with him and get him the cleanest I've ever seen him. By the time he got home, he smelled great, felt fantastic, and had the best manicured nails he's ever had. I can't say enough good things about Ruff Cuts and will recommend this groomer to everyone in the area. He's got another loyal customer!!”

  “I took my dog to Ruff Cuts because I wanted to have one person get to know me and my dog. I wanted a one-on-one relationship for my dog like I have with my hairstylist. I got that and MORE. The groomer takes his time and pays attention to the little details. He even keeps a card file with info about type of shampoo and any items he needs to check for the next visit. He in fact does schedule appointments 7 days a week, is available by phone and very responsive about returning calls. He LOVES HIS WORK, and it shows. Give Ruff Cuts a try and you won't go anywhere else.”
