  “I have been taking my dog to this groomer for years and it is a known fact that I have special instructions NOT to cut his nails and a specific way I have him trimmed. I made an appointment weeks ago and never was told until I picked him up today that he has a new groomer. Oh yeh, he does and he looks like it. The top of his head is all crooked some short spots and some long so uneven. They cut his nails, and when I asked them why they said the new groomer didn't see the note on the card. He came home with blood on two nails because I just cut them 2 weeks ago. The lady told me they didn't bleed and I am looking at two blood spots. He is scooting his butt which he wasn't doing and he has a cut on it from the trimmer's so I had to put neosporin on it. The lady that answered the phone tried to make excuses but there are no excuses for the bad job they did. I asked to talk to the owner and of course didn't get past the lady answering. She said everyone does hair different. But I told her if I made an appointment to get my hair done and it wasn't with the person I have been seeing I would hope they would tell me when I made my appointment. Won't go back. By the way my friends dog had the same cut last week there all uneven on top of her head, I should have paid attention.”
