  “One morning, while out for a walk on Shelburne Rd., I entered this store. I did not have a specific purchase in mind, but as my son has just gotten two dogs, I decided to look around. I was greeted by a young man who informed me they were closed—although there was no signage to this effect. A second later an older woman came out of the back and said “no we are open”. I said I just was window shopping and started to look around. The young man told the woman that unless someone knew what they wanted the store was closed. The two argued (from across the store from each other) in my presence, and made me feel not only uncomfortable, but unwelcome. I left as quickly as I could.

  “When I left this store I was very happy with my experience. The woman was very nice and helpful and in turn I spent a lot of money. The next day when I went back to return a collar that my dog had broken they were extremly rude and gave me a very hard time about returning an item my dog did not even wear for 24 hours. Infact they attempted to blame me for breaking the thing. I expected better from a local business. I should have gone to a big box store.”
