  “What was suppose to be a $130 grooming for my dog turned out to be $230+. Kelly (owner)had an attitude right off the bat. I was spoken to as if I didn't know my own dog. It seemed a bother for them to listen to me when I told them what I wanted, not what THEY wanted.
  I called to see how things were going & heard my dog CRYING in the background FROM PAIN. I was told she is talking. I know the difference between her talking & crying in pain.
  When I picked her up I noticed a cut lightly bleeding (shaved to close & took off the skin)& was told it was probably already there. Sure it was. Then why did I never see it before? There isn't much hair there & I am always checking her for ticks where I live.(Oh yes, ticks can't penitrate her coat, that is why she has Anaplasmosis & I pulled 6 off her legs the night before from 1 walk here in tickville & all winter long right).
  I was then told SHE BITES????!!!! And had to be MUZZLED. ARE THEY KIDDING ME?? In 9 yrs she has never BITTEN anyone nor has she ever had to be muzzled. I was then told by KELLY to tell the next groomer of this, so THEY DON'T SMACK HER??? I never had a groomer mention my dog being smacked before either. Totally caught me by surprise. Makes me wonder if that is what they did to her. Otherwise why mention it.
  I had taken her to another groomer that did the same routine for $65. How is it I now paid $230+? Because it is in S.Hampton. I didn't see any difference for that amount of money. Uneven cut, feet not trimmed, dirty like they didnt even bother to wash them, the cut I noticed right off the bat in her arm pit.
  They claim she was FULL of matts. This I know isn't true because I always did my best to brush her. Though not the greatest with all of her hair, SHE DID NOT have the matts they explained. She had matts at all.Knots here & there yes, matts NO.. I guess I must be totally blind now too. I have many people to vouch for her fur who know me & my dog.
  I'll never go there go there again. Oh wait. I can't. KELLY made a point to tell me NEVER AGAIN (as in she will not do it.)!!! Some groomer!(Have you ever had a groomer tell you to keep a Husky shaved ALL THE TIME?Don't let it grow in, she doesn't need it. They have that fur for a reason. It is also 1 of many reasons why I have her. Why the hell would I want to keep her shaved all the time? To save a groomer like Kelly time & work? She sure got paid well for it.
  They have to many people & to many animals going in & out that door in 1 day.
  I dropped her off @1:30 & didn't get her until 7 PM. I sincerely doubt all that time was spent on my baby.
  If you want to spend all of that money for so-so grooming, be my guest. I suggest ANYONE who takes their dog to groomer. STAY & WATCH THE WHOLE THING next time. Bet you won't be happy with what you see (if you see it). Thats IF they even let you stay.
  She also was to come home COMPLETELY DRY (MY SPECIFIC REQUEST)& DIDN'T.
  Then when I go to pay & hand over my CC I am told they dont the card I use. NO ONE TOLD ME that. I should have said OH WELL. Its the only one I have take it or leave it.
  I will never go to them again to be robbed out of money I do not have or put my dog through their crap again I can tell you that.
  They talk a good game on the phone. Getting it while your there is another story.”
