  “My dog is a very high-strung rescue who gave a few groomers fits (probably a scar or two).
  I brought her here and it was like magic. Right into the girls arms, tail wagging. We have since brought Natasha here several times and she always returns happy, groomed to perfection, and without having had issues. I believe that they truly understand and work with dogs and I recommend them highly.”

  “I'm not one to write negative reviews, I think positive are always better BUT in this case I thought it was important. I called Petite Pets in a bind for boarding my dog, and they were able to accommodate me quoting a very reasonable price. When I dropped my dog off I was a little apprehensive because of the facility but the girl at the desk seemed to be caring so I decided to keep the reservation (and again I was in a bind!) when I picked up my dog the next morning I was charged ten dollars more than quoted and when asked for an explanation the man at the desk told me they de-shedded him and cut his nails (2 services I didn't ask for) I paid and left feeling a little taken advantage of. About a month later I figured I'd give it another chance since my dog seemed happy when I picked him up. I called and a man, who I later found out was the owner answered, I asked if there was availability which there was, same thing-- same day drop off, next day pick up. He told me he needed a 50$ deposit in addition to the fee (that was now 15$ more than the month prior) which was less than the actual deposit. I asked if I could pay cash when I got there instead at which point he told me he would not hold the reservation... Okay, I get it, people can screw you some times BUT I was dropping the dog off that day and willing to pay cash... I the explained that I would have to take him somewhere else with out the confirmation of space. At this point the man started yelling at me how he was busy and couldn't deal with me and my problems, I asked if he was the owner which he denied, so I asked to speak to the owner. He then started ranting that I didn't show up a month ago (obviously not true), I told him I thought he might have me confused with someone else and his reply was I'm not an idiot like you, I'm the owner I know exactly who my customers are. I hung up at this point now wanted to debate with a crazy person who I was! Needless to say, if this is how the owner treats his customers I shiver to think how he treats their pets! After speaking to a few people in the industry they all have the same sentiment, Petite Pets is NO GOOD!ý”

  “I have tried several local groomers, and this one nailed the haircut we wanted for our pom. It has a homey feel, and though I think it is about 5 dollars more than other groomers, they did a great job!”

  “Petite Pet Day Care is wonderful! It has a great home like feeling and your pet is one of the family. Two of my dogs spent a week this summer with Charlene and staff and came home happy and well groomed. Charlene has a heart of gold and was very helpful when it came to grooming my 17 year old poodle. The prices are fair and the place is very clean. Jim and I highly recommend this business to anyone that loves their pet.”
