  “I recently went in to Personal Touch Grooming to have my golden retriever groomed and I must say that I am very pleased with my experience. Immediately upon arrival they were ready for us, and put my dog right into the tub to start the bath. The girls were so nice and caring! When I came back to pick him up he was perfect! I just wanted him trimmed and clean and it was exactly as I expected. A+++++

  “I went yesterday to personal touch grooming
  and they did an amazing job on my little bichapoo I had gone to the shop across the street and had the worst experience of my life so it was a breath of fresh air to find peri she even pointed out a health problem my baby had and when i went to the vet she was right and it was a good thing we caught it early I am so thankful to find a good groomer”

  “After being told several times not to touch my puppies ears, they incorrectly (if you believe she is a licensed vet tech i have a bridge to sell you!!)plucked his ears causing him to bleed profusely and consequently have a very severe double ear infection, on top of that they did not bathe him, but sprayed him with some febreeze, and the grooming job (done by a rude 16 yr old)was horrendous!! I have left numerous messages to address these concerns with the Owner all week & she still has not returned any calls. Now that I have related mine & my poor puppies experience at this horrid place I have heard from many, many others of similiar horrid experiences. This woman should be investigated and closed down immediately !! I truly hope no one else makes the same mistake as us and goes to try to get their dog groomed there believe me you & your pet will suffer. ps the only reason i gave it one star is because you have to give one to post!”
