  “Our dog was here and wasn\\\\\\'t behaving like herself the following day. When my daughter checked her she yelped when her ears were touched.They were discolored, tried to remove the rubberband bows but were placed too tightly on her floppy ears instead of her fur.Vet advised to bring her in.She was horrified at what she saw.Blood circulation had been blocked by the rubberbands,causing discoloration and dieing skin.Ears may have to be amputated.Hopefully the medication will help and surgery avoided.I called Milton(owner) to alert him about what happened and to suggest that if other female dogs were there that day their owners should be called.His response was angry and defensive.The short conversation ended when he told me I was pissing him off.He didn\\\\\\'t express any concern for our dog.Please be careful if you decide to patronize this grooming facility.”
