  “I have yet to bring my dog here so I can't comment on the service but I do agree with the reviewer who mentioned that you have to call at least a month in advance. I tried to make an appointment and was told that the next available appointment wasn't for 4 weeks. I couldn't wait 4 weeks which is why I haven't been there. If it really is true that customers can make an appointment one day in advance then the owners should tell the person who is answering the phone and booking appointments to get it together and give customers accurate information. Telling people they have to wait 4 weeks is unacceptable and loses them business.”

  “As the owner of Jo Mar I also strive for the best. When you make an appointment just tell us you would like a pick up time & your pet will be ready. As for my facilities if your a regular you will know that we are always changing fixing and improving.there is no need for tears we also work with a very high profile rescue group and the town shelters and all the local vets, rescuing animals and giving them them the best care possible.we also work within our community and work with local groups educating the importance of grooming and being a responsible pet owner.anyone is welcomed to come visit . Here at Jo Mar we are very proud of What we do, groom, board, rescue ,educate, & community service. Please feel free to stop by or call me. Jo Mar was est 1977 and we are the original owner operators. Remember book in advance and make your special request when you make your appointment.

  “I have been going to this facility for about 10 years. in the last couple of years I have found that they overbook their schedule which results in them keeping your pet for 9 hours or more. Since this has happened to me more then once, I complained. I was actually laughed at over the telephoneI I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!”

  “Their facilities aren't top of line but you can tell that they keep the kennels clean. The owner told me that if business keeps busy they plan on getting the kennels re done in September 2010. The staff is very nice.. especially the bosses Cathy & Scott. I feel very comfortable with boarding my dog there. Highly recommend. If you would like to make an appointment for grooming you MUST call at least a month in advance! They are so booked but it's only because they always do a GREAT job with grooming!
  
  p.s- They also plan on raising their prices as of Aug 1, 2010 for grooming and boarding.”

  “i was looking for a place to board my cat while going on a vacation, so I asked if I could see their boarding facilities... I almost cried when I saw where they board these pets.. All the cages were old and covered in rust... It was dirty, dark and I do not recommend anyone boarding their animal here. I shopped around and trust me there ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES to leave your pets!!!!”
