  “I am very happy with my experience at Groomindalz. Getting a dog is a very personal experience and it's nice to know that the seller takes is very personally. Jerry uses a limited number of breeders and is very careful about who he sells dogs to. The know their business and have been very accommodating throughout. They treat our dogs like his own. We bought our first dog there and are now buying two more and I couldn't be happier. The service and care is superb.
  
  They do their due diligence on owners and dogs and will not make a match just to make a sale.
  
  I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

  “I brought both my dogs here for grooming and not only did they receive the best haircuts imaginable but the service was 5 stars!!!! This salon was so clean, the owner was so friendly and educated me with proper grooming techniques that I can do at home. I will highly recommend Groomingdales to anyone looking for a friendly and loving environment for their pet.”

  “I called to try and make an appointment and not only was I placed on hold 3 different times, they were completely RUDE and hung up on me.. I always give the benefit of the doubt and even when I called back to see if I could still make an appointment - the guy got offended because I wanted to ask questions and didn't want to argue. He said he was there to service people..So why couldn't he simply tell me the services he offered. I asked if there were any packages and he got in a tizzy. I don't think there is a wrong or right question. But I do believe that the customers are always right- no matter what. Therefore, I will never take my animal to a place where someone is rude to me..”
