  “HORRIBLE! I have been going for years but on my last visit they injured (either cut or burned) my dogs ears. They refused to acknowledge they injured him. Said that I needed to go to the vet in order to prove they made a mistake. I will, of course, take him to the vet for treatment but the pictures I provided were clear proof.
  A refund was refused and when I said that I wouldn't bring my animals there anymore the owner, Lynn, said well, my groomers don't want to groom your dogs anymore, anyway. (Even though the young man I spoke to when I picked them up said how well behaved they are.)
  Completely unprofessional! I will never go back and will actively discourage my friends from using this business.
  Don't let them injure your pets!”
